As many of you know the "Hospitality" on a British Driven shoot day is as important as the quality of the shooting, and we pride ourselves here at GA in keeping up this tradition.
Here are the guns enjoying their post shoot dinner and this is the menu of their day:
Course 1. Fresh Asparagus & Tarragon Veloute'
Course 2. Grilled Lobster tail with a Honey, Garlic Butter & White Wine Dressing served over fresh Arugula & Spinach leaves
These were matched with a 2016 Les Charmes Macon-Lugny French Chardonnay.
Course 3. Black pepper Coated Fillet Mignon with Cognac & cream sauce, Creamy mashed potato & petite Poise.
This was matched with a 2016 DXM Californian Cabernet Sauvignon.
Course 4. Cointreau Infused Strawberry Shortcake Cream Trifle.
Matched with a Chilled "Offley' Tawny Port
