About Us
 Green Acres Sportsman’s Club was founded in 1970 by several outdoorsmen who were looking for a vast acreage to hunt and train their bird dogs. With its rolling prairie-like terrain, creeks and ponds, this former dairy farm showed great potential. Over the last three decades, the property has been managed strictly for upland and mallard hunting, transforming it into a true showcase for the modern day bird hunter. Additionally, since its dawn, Green Acres has made a name for itself with its superb gun dog training program.
Recently, a beautiful, full service clubhouse, state-of–the-art sporting clays range, 5-stand, and world class mallard hunting flyway, were added to the venue, which give the club its well rounded nature, allowing us the ability to satisfy all of the discriminating sportsman’s needs.

Since 1997, Green Acres has been managed by our husband and wife team, Dan and Cindy Ihrke. In their time here they have accented the club with a personal flare of service. Their worldly knowledge and continual research of the sporting field, paired with national and world travel, allows them to provide the best possible atmosphere to the club’s diverse clientele.
